By placing an order on Jatni Aqua Farm, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
3. Shipping
We deliver aquarium plants, aquarium accessories, CO₂ systems, fertilizers and fish food across India.
Orders are dispatched from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery time depends on your location and courier service.
4. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Returns & Refunds
Live aquarium plants are perishable products; therefore, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted.
Refunds will only be considered in cases approved by Jatni Aqua Farm after verification.
6. User Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate shipping details and contact information. Jatni Aqua Farm is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, text and logos, is the property of Jatni Aqua Farm and may not be copied or used without permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Shipping Policy
We provide Pan India Shipping for aquarium plants, aquarium accessories, fertilizers, CO₂ systems and fish food.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.
Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday. No dispatches on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on delivery location and package weight.
If the actual shipping charge is lower than the amount collected, the excess amount will be refunded or adjusted as store credit.
Customers will receive tracking details after dispatch.
Damage & Live Arrival Policy
At Jatni Aqua Farm, every order is packed with great care.
Customers must record an unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.
Any damage, missing items or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims without a complete unboxing video may not be accepted.
Minor leaf loss, slight discoloration or temporary wilting during transit is normal for live plants and is not considered damage.
Delays caused by courier companies, incorrect shipping addresses or customer unavailability are beyond our control.
Refunds or replacements for verified transit damage will be provided at the sole discretion of Jatni Aqua Farm.
